PROJECTS AND SUBJECTS PARTICIPATED:
As the project leader and technical backbone, Luo Jun has participated in more than ten national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, including CAS Pioneer Special Projects, Guangdong province key research and development program, National Natural Science Foundation Program, CAS Youth Promotion Association program, etc. In addition, He has published 4 academic books in Chinese/English, and published more than 180 papers in International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM), IEEE Electron Device Letters, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Applied Physics Letters, etc., which have been cited more than 2,000 times. Also, he owns more than 80 authorized patents in China, and more than 20 U.S. authorized patents.
