2002-present　 Managing Director of Beijing Zhongke Microelectronics Co. ltd.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:
1．Structure Design of 8bit and 32bit Embedded CPU ；MCU System Structure ,Universal Interface module ,redundancy design and high reliability circuit design ；
2．High performance analog circuit ，PLL , Power Amplifier IC and etc.；
3．Practical ASIC Design and Development；
4．Research on Design Technology of high voltage and heavy-current IC used for PDP and motor driver.

1. " Building of process Platform for mixed high voltage drives （BCD ）"，PDP driver chip design
2. " 863 " project : " Development of deep sub-micron PLL IP Core"
