Education Background:
He received the B.S. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1999 and M.S. degree from the Department of Engineering Mechanics, Tsinghua University in 2002. In 2010, He received the Ph.D degree from Peking University.
Research Interests:
His research interests mainly include nanoscale integrated circuit processing development and optimization, and design of manufacturing for new technology node, particularly chemical mechanical polishing processing optimization.
